This is a full support evaluation to establish where you are physically and mentally with your health and lifestyle. Together, we will discover opportunities to make actionable and sustainable changes so you can enjoy your life to the fullest.  We begin with a walk (weather permitting) and a conversation, and end with body measurements, blood work review, and diet intake. This session includes myself as your personal accountability coach for one week after our meeting. Compassionate, holistic and effective. 90 minute session

Mindful Food Shopping



Understanding where your food comes from and how it affects the health of your body and environment is a huge part of creating a healthy lifestyle. With this service, you choose one of the food shopping locations below. I conduct a phone interview with you about your preferences and then I become your professional grocery shopper for the day! We take a tour of the market options of your choice, talk about how to tailor your shopping habits to better serve your lifestyle, as well as explore some new healthy options. This session takes 60-90 minutes total.


Grocery Store Tour

Not all grocery stores are created equal.  Each has their own unique layout, food selection and customer service experience.


Tour your neighborhood grocery store and learn tips on how to choose food according to your meal plan and preference, and learn what foods can support your health goals.


Farmer’s Market Tour

Tour the market and learn tips on how to choose produce according to your meal plan and preference, and learn what seasonal foods can support your health goals.


This session takes 60-90 minutes total.

Mindful Eating Session 



This is the deep work of creating a healthy relationship with food. Because we have been eating since birth, we easily form patterns that become habitual or “mindless”. I help you develop personalized strategies that rewrite negative habits into healthy, conscious and even enjoyable rituals. 60 minute session

Wellbeing Session



Nature is a very effective tool in grounding and providing clarity, strengthening your intuition around your own health and wellness. I draw on indigenous wisdom techniques derived from ancient practices of various traditions that involves ancestry, ceremony, ritual, and meditation in an outdoor setting when possible. This helps to control inflammation and manage food-related stress. Clients describe this session as "a re-charge for the soul" and report feeling "lighter and clearer."

Sacramento is one of the most ethnically integrated cities in the US. How lucky are we to have grocery stores that cater to the wide variety of rich cultures of the city?! Choose a culture you are interested in learning more about and we can explore that cuisine in one of the many markets available.

A non-judgmental follow-up session helps refresh your goals, re-evaluate strategies, and review progress or just receive some encouragement on your health path.
