Service Description

Sit back and enjoy the session and allow me to take and send session summary notes. To further support integration of our plan, I will offer accountability check-ins via text for up to five days (within a one-week timeframe), increasing success of obtaining health goals .

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens, so there is no cancelations fee if notified 24 hours before the appointment. No-shows or cancelations less than 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a $100 fee. Extenuating circumstances will be taken into consideration. Thank you for your understanding.
