Subconscious thought patterns are often revealed through guided meditation, a form of mindfulness. The relationship between habits and beliefs around food can be viewed through the lens of culture and community. Relationships do contribute to your health. 


More than a “mindset,” at Healthy Balance 3, we insist on a health and wellness reset, or “mind-shift,” connecting three essentials: nutrition, body, and soul.
